All I know is that he was a 19th century European artists, Oil paintings,,and painted one called "The Piccolo Player". If you can give me ANY info on this it would be extremely helpful.

'The Piccolo Player" along with his painting 'The Accordian Player' sold as Lot 269 at Sotheby's 19th Century European Art Sale on October 26, 2006 for (Hammer Price with Buyer's Premium): 30,000 USD (each measuring: 39 3/4 by 20 in.) Hope this helped!
