35 different authors? No wonder you have no faith in the Scriptures in the New Testament... And if read properly translated (ie: all the people involved know the languages they are supposedly translating which happens more than often enough that they dont.) you would find that the New Testament (or Christian-Greek Scriptures) are actually in harmony with all the scriptures of the Old Testament (Hebrew Scriptures). That is why most Bibles are called Versions (because they are actually Translations of Translations, not direct Translations).

The divine revelation sent to Jesus was brought back to accurate memory through the "Helper" or "Comforter." When Holy Spirit was poured out upon the apostiles for divine inspiration.

Now yes the scriptures were copied, and copied so that they would be preserved against time, so there are many who say that changes in this or that occured, but I am willing to believe that any God that could have built the Heaven's and the Earth could make sure that the truth of his word stay amidst men even as flawed as mankind is. And no matter how often men tried to change it to fit their beliefs that the truth would break through even if it took generations.

The bible and the New testament validates itself. Jesus claims in the pages of the gospels that He is God and does the things that God the Father does, that His words are truth.
In the book/letter of Timothy we read that all scripture is 'God-Breathed' or inspired by God. Mere mortals wrote down the inspired words of Jesus and recorded events and wrote letters through the power abd Inspiration of the Holy Spirit who is also God (The trinity - Father, Son & Holy Spirit).
The fact that it has been written by so many authors and yet has such a common and recurring theme only goes to prove that it most likely is at least in some way - inspired.
Who are you to confidently claim: 'The divine revelation sent to Jesus was lost.' ?
Of course it was written after Jesus left, are all biographies written today while the person is still alive?, aren't some written after that person e.g. Princess Diana has died.
The disciples were making sense of events and decided that a written record must be made of the momentous events which had happened in their lifetimes.

I don't understand your point. Are you saying God can only inspire you right at a specific moment, but not decades later. Are you Muslim, that sounds like a tenet of Islam, whereby, God can only do that which is seen by man to be Godly. For instance, there are no prophecies, revelations that are new, or anything in the Quran, but Muslims follow it blindly. If Allah inspired Muhammad, couldn't he come up with something new. Other than how to wash your body, how to prostrate, how to dress, how to eat with your right hand, etc. Where is the truth in the Quran or whatever book you read?

2 Peter 3:14-18
Therefore, beloved, since you are waiting for these, be diligent to be found by him without spot or blemish, and at peace. And count the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures. You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, take care that you are not carried away with the error of lawless people and lose your own stability. But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

'All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.'

Little one,
The BIBLE is Divinely inspired by the HOLY SPIRIT. We are told so in the scriptures. You say there are contradictions. I say there are NONE. Read, study, and obey GOD'S WORD. HIS SON is the MESSIAH that is prophesied in the OLD TESTAMENT. HE came so that we might live. Have a wonderful day.
Thanks,
Eds (Christian)
