you could always make a sign and stick it in the toilet saying that "don't p**s on the seat" as a hint. I think he does it cos he just knows noone can't say anything about it. I understand where ur coming from. I want to tell my boss that she's crap at her job. because she favours other people to get away with murder. i don't want to lose my job. Next time she winds me up i shall tell it to her and suffer the concequences. she takes her position a s a way to do what she wishes

It's catch 22 i you tell him he will feel like he has no dominance anymore and try to assert it by sacking one of you or more to try scare the rest into submission if you have to tel him just don't bother wiping it up (if you are a woman wait until your break to go toilet go to a cafe or something) and when he asks who was this kindly and not in any sarcastic or delieghtful manor tell him it was actaully him that done it.

Everyone is pi--ed with the boss
Where ever you be and you want to pee
A favour we would ask of thee
Give us the staff a little treat
Aim it away from the floor and seat

You can approach the Human resource dept and let them know ... Most likely it won't go your way. The best approach - Find another job.

You and you colleagues could also pee over the floor and leave it for him to find in his waders.
Tell him you thought that he was leading by example!
