If you lose 2 pounds in 2 days it will just be fluid, not actual fat tissue. It isn't physically possible to lose 2 pounds of FAT TISSUE in 2 days.
In order to lose 1 pound of fat tissue, you need to burn off 3,500 calories. This is not possible in one day and it would be dangerous to even try.
Slow gradual weight loss (about 1lb - 2lbs per week) is the safest way to do it and the best way to keep it off long term.

eat very lightly and drink lots of water, along with working out. this isn't healthy mind you.
but. I usually lose 1/2 to a whole pound in my sleep so keep that off for the rest of the day and your good, and drink a lot of water so that when you work out you will be burning off all of y water weight.

exercise everyday, drink diet sodas, chew more gum {keeps your mind off of food}, eat 600 calories for breakfast, 400 for lunch, and 100 for dinner....and have no snacks!! It will work!! Because when you eat a little bit at night your body has to use the calories from the last meal, which causes you to loose weight. Eat healthy things like fat free, low calories, sugar free, lean or fat free meats, and lots of fruits and veggies!!
