not in a week. But over longer periods and when you get older and the male hormones lessen, the muscle will convert over to a fat like mass.

Stopping for one week should be alright huh? As long as u dont binge for that week.
Maybe do some crunches at home to "maintain" ur abs?

confident, at a definite element in case you're no longer ingesting sufficient energy you will commence dropping muscle as your physique makes use of it for ability. this could happen from no longer ingesting sufficient energy to your activities or once you have already lost plenty weight which you have little fat "ability" to your physique to hire so it procedures muscle as a replace.

yes you can, my personal trainer said that the muscle you build in 30 days, can be lost in two weeks if you don't work out.

Not in a week! You may have added some fat on top of your abs.
