GUYS: say if your girlfriend asked you if you have cheated and you hestitated, what do you think she should be thinking?
GIRLS: we ask our man if he has ever cheated and he hesitated what is the first thing that comes to your mind?
NB. guys if you have not cheated you have no right to hestitate, right?

if he hesitated, i'd prolly be suspicious. i'm really jealous. i'd prolly talk to him. but to see him hesitate it'd have to be in person. online or in text you can respond quickly with the "right" answer. but in person their body language is harder to control

a girl would most likely think the guy has cheated no matter what he says. Most guys do cheat in a girls eyes. And it's true that most of the loser guys that are the only guys the girls go out with cheat. Us good guys don't cheat....but then girls never give us a chance anyway.

There's a difference between hesitation and being stunned by a question.
I'd probably be stunned. At the same time I'm going to be wondering 'why is she asking me this?'
As to what she's thinking? Apparently that I cheated and now I'm trying to think of a good story and no matter what I say she's going to think I'm lying.
Girls can be mean to us sensitive types... :P

Hesitation = some kind of guilt there.
There would be no reason to hesitate if he never cheated.
Honesty is key, and if he's not going to be honest you need to take that as a cue that things aren't going to work.
If he did cheat, you could find out why, and then make the decision to stay or not. He owes that to anyone he's going to be with, and you owe it to him to be honest as well.

Maybe you are thrown off by the question, and you are put on the spot a little. So a hesitation doesn't always mean that you have cheated.

this is like the " does this make me look fat " question, we are not going to win. you are asking because you know we cheated, or at least, you think you know. no matter what we say, true or not, we lose.
he might just be too afraid to answer and is trying to think of a way out, like " OMG , the dog just exploded!" then run.

well if i hesitated then id think my gf think i cheated on her
if i have no cheated i mite hesitate a lil at first because id b a bit shocked why shed be asking unless she didnt trust me
