Yes, I own but I'll let you drive on it if you stay out of way and out of my sight. If you should see me, pull off and let me pass. Remember that I always have the right-of-way, I can ignore traffic laws if I want, I can speed if I want, I can play loud booming music if I want, and I can cut you off in traffic if I want. I own the road, you do not.

No, I sold last year, and got some land in Florida from a guy I met at a truck stop. He also gave me the rights to the Brooklyn Bridge. I was lucky to run into him. LOL

no the town owns exactly 12 feet from the road believe it or not so yes u can and its legal well it depends do u have a license or parking tickits
