You are going to need to contact Lobster Wholesalers in Portland, Maine. They deliver by air. There are a whole bunch of them and you should have no trouble fishing one that size in Maine.

What you want to be careful of with big lobsters is that they haven't been in the pen long otherwise the weight is all shell and not meat.

Not sure why you want them so big. I am from Nova Scotia where we have argueably the best lobsters in the Atlantic region and we go for the mid weights or smaller ones.

Can't get any better for service and shipping than Clearwater Lobsters:

You're just going for the flash. Buy a bunch of smaller ones and eat them like shrimp. Get some of those medium-length samurai swords, let the lobsters out a few at a time to crawl about on a wooden surface with a layer of crushed ice and let your guests do a job on them. Snap off a fresh claw; it's the sweetest thing you'll ever eat. Snap off a tail and cut it in half lengthwise. Yum! For the squeamish, have a big pot with a little water in it at no more than 180 degrees F so they can throw pieces in for a few minutes. When you get tired of one, throw what's left in the pot and put another one out. The pot needs a few herbs and some veggies in it. Or you could hire a young woman as a naked platter and get a real sashimi chef. If you want to impress your friends, giant lobsters are so passé.

Basicaly any fish market along the coast but with the size your talking about they would undoubtably be musty tasting. They look impressive but small lobsters are way sweeter.
