Yes its ok to eat precooked ham without cooking it.You could either cook it or use it as is. just watch the experation date on the package, but also usually packaged meats like that are only good for a week after opening the package.

The definition of "precooked" is that it was previously cooked. Precooked ham is sold in packages for people to eat "as is," although you can certainly use it in other recipes.That is its purpose. Are you putting us on?
