I don't add any fat to them and was wondering..

check the calories indicated on the ingredients.
basically it all depends on the quantity you eat.
you can eat anything in the world, but just measure the quantities and dont exceed your daily allotment of fat/protein/carbs.

as to the oven ones... they might be pre-fried in the factory and so may contain much fat. check the box.

Hmmm...every recipe I have seen involves spraying them with cooking spray. I'm not sure how much this will actually reduce the fat content, especially since there is little control over how much oil you're spraying. Otherwise, onion rings are basically a dietary null-white bread crumb or breading has little nutritional value and the amount of onion isn't enough to provide anything significant.

Try looking at the nutrition label. Calories and fat grams are listed prominently.

If you amke them homemade the only "fattening" thing in them would be the eggs, they are way more healthier for you that deep frying them!

I would say considerably less fattening than a deep fryer would provide...sounds yummy too.
