my friend called me and told me she had a dream that she received a phone call that I was murdered by my boyfriend. Should I be worried or precautious? Do you think this dream is a premenititon?

Dreams are usually manifestations of things we experience.
Your friend may be worried about you, and possibly for a good reason.
Still, I don't believe in premenitions. My father used to have them all the time; earth quakes. Sure enough somewhere there was one. HOWEVER, they are always going on somewhere in the world at ALL times. It meant nothing, and I think the dream also means nothing.

First of all, this is her dream, not yours. You have to find out the reason why she dreamed about it.
It could be about jealousy subconsciously. Not sure how close you are and/or how close she is with your boy friend, or does she have a relationship with someone else. Regardless, projecting killing or murder in the dream could show some symbol of jealousy or release of anger in some case. In her case, receiving phone call symbolizes indirect result of a communication. In other words, there is something she may want to tell you, but she is projecting a phone call. That is like saying she has something to say about you and your boy friend.
It may not directly deal with her own. But subconsciously you may be giving her impression that you are luckier than she is. That is another reason she may dream about it.

to be honest if it'll make yopu feel better you should de precautious. Honestly speaking though, i don't think you should even bother with it, a dream is just be a state of mind, maybe she was just in a bad mood before going to bed, or just had to much to eat,and as for you its most its likely just mind over matter and it'll surely get you paraniod, so dont let it worry you, replace the negative thoughts with positive one and everything will be alright.

I don't think dreams are ever premonitions. If you do, I'm not knocking that, but I just wanted to let you know where I'm coming from up front.
First rule of dream interpretation is that everybody in your dream is some aspect of you: your personality, your physical body, your habits, something.
So your girlfriend should figure out what you symbolize to her subconscious. Maybe you're her only friend in the world. If so, then you might symbolize safety in the middle of danger, or calm in the middle of chaos. Maybe you are the only friend she trusts. If so, then you might symbolize integrity or honesty.
Whatever you symbolize, her subconscious is telling her that somebody or something is trying to change that.
She has to figure out what your bf means to her subconscious too: if she thinks he's very attractive and sexy, then maybe she feels like true love is trying to change something in her life. If she doesn't like him, then maybe she feels like something negative is trying to destroy someting positive in her life.
There are just a few thoughts off the top of my head. Without knowing more info about how your friend relates to you and to your bf, all my guesses are going to have to be broad and general.

The chances are this probably has nothing to do with death or crime but may represent something very different. E.g. maybe you are under immense stress due to relationship or family life? If you are really worried about this maybe take some time out and have a chat with your boyfriend and/or this friend of yours. its likely you will both come out of it feeling much better ;)

To dream about the death of a loved one, suggests that you are lacking a certain aspect or quality that the loved one embodies. Ask yourself what makes this person special or what do you like about him. It is that very quality that you are lacking in your own relationship or circumstances.
so it's nothing bad. dreams sometimes mean the opposite. so if you dream of someone dying then it means you care a lot for them.

Do not get worried,people dream such things either because they worry for you or because you had mentioned to her of some trouble with your boy friend either way I believe that if your boy friend is the kind who can murder you,you need to bid him good bye,dream or no dream.

dreams arent accurate and don´t always litteral, this dream is simply stating that some one real close to you might seem that they are wishing the best for you but are really trying to do harm little by little this person´s intent might go away, just take precautions about the people around you.

well i had a bad dream about being kidnapped.and i got over it a couple days ago.every body has bad dreams sometimes.if i ever wake up in a bad dream i just put on little more light in the room and go back to sleep.
