before talking to someone take a deep breath & say to yourself "GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH " & then try to talk reminding urself that everyone is same & everyone has the right to express themselves. good luck dont be too sensitive no body is going to kill u if u cannot talk properly. keep trying .This world is just a game & we play and we die. dont bother others .U come to this world alone & u will go alone. keep this in ur heat & U will feel the presence of an unknown power with u. & the fear will slowly go away . Its my personal experience. Reminding u once again "DONT BE TOO SENSITIVE .ITS JUST A GAME .ONE DAY IT WILL BE GAME-OVER. U WILL WIN SOMEDAY IF U KEEP TRYING"

they will accept you and then you can move to the inner circle do not panic you can do this well.
