is it okay to have a girlfriend that is 8 months older than me? So, we're both in grade 11. & I just want to ask this girl out...

P.S. Any tips on how to ask her? (This isn't my first time asking girls out)

Of course! there's no problem with that! My bf is months younger than me too. I didn't care, he just told me that he wanted to go out with me. I didnt answer right away so he told for like 3 days in a row until I said yes. We've been together for about 2 years already

8 months is nothing! Go for it :) You can try just asking her out to the movies. Are you friends with her? If so, it'll be easier to talk to her. If you're a little nervous, try inviting her to a group outing (dinner or movie). Otherwise, just go for it! You could always leave her a note :)

it's fine...the 21st century has opened up loads of possibilities - lol. just drop by her locker and ask her out to Panera or Starbucks for lunch -- keep it casual and natural.
