Stay away from V6 models. They have tranny issues.

Don't know anything about the 07, but I have a 98 Camry that has been mechanically trouble free for the last 10 years. When I finally do replace it, it will be with a Toyota, just haven't decided whether it will be a Camry, Solara or Avalon. (My friend has an Avalon, but he thinks the the Camry is a great car, too).

Toyota is great
Had a 2004 Highland which is the truck on that chasis.
Great car. Dependable.
Drive from NJ to Nevada and wonderful
Never a problem
Just did not need the 4 wheel drive out west. Sold it for a Nissan X-Terra 2-wheel drive and git like 85 percent of my initial cost on the resale.
You will not regret this one.

A lot of reviews on Yahoo autos and Edmunds indicate people are disappointed with the 2007.

All I know is nobody under 70 drives them.
