They're called postal codes in the UK, and the list I found on Wikipedia said it was SK13 (I never really trust Wikipedia, but it was all I could find)..

The UK equivilent of a "zip code" is called a Post Code. British postcodes are usually about seven characters in length and contain both letters and numbers.
The first group of letters narrow down an area to a local postal district - which in Glassop's case is "SK" for Stockport. The number "13" follows to signify the town of Glossop itself. The remaining numbers and letters will narrow down the address even further to a specific part of Glossop and the road or street it is on. Without knowing that road or street and house number, no-one can tell you what those last bunch of letters will be.
The easiest way is to go online to the Royal Mail postcode finder database, enter the full address and see for yourself for free:

It starts with SK but after that you need more numbers and letters. Each street has a different postcode, sometimes even two sides of the same street are different.
Incidentally, it's called a POSTCODE in the UK. We are not American.
Try putting in the address you have into http://www.royalmail.com postcode finder.

You can check out the hard copy of the POSTCODE guide at your local postal sorting office, or maybe at your local library.
You can even find the Royal Mail website which lets you access it on line.

Try going onto the 192 website and entering (for example) library or hospital in Glossop.
