They're fine. Fresh garlic when cooked (ie: canned) turns green.

Ever inject a turkey w/ fresh garlic and butter then fry? The meat turns green!

Garlic doesn't turn green unless it is old. It also doesn't turn food green when cooked either. If you see canned or jarred garlic it is a yellowish color.
