We easily save $100 per month on items we normally buy. In fact, when our children were in diapers, we never bought a box with anything less than a $3-$5 coupon.
Now, we use coupons for all of our shopping. However, we rarely use online coupons because the newspaper coupons are much more valuable. For example, a 25-cent coupon online isn't worth redeeming when the newspaper has a 75-cent coupon for the same item.
Here's my best advice:
1. Invest in 1-2 Sunday newspapers and clip out the coupons every week.
2. For the coupons you use most often, go to eBay, where you can purchase extras at a very reasonable price. We usually pay no more than $1-$3 for 10-20 coupons, including shipping (a first-class stamp and #10 envelope).
Here's a direct link to the listings: http://health-beauty.listings.ebay.com/Coupons_W0QQ_trksidZm37QQsacatZ82567QQsocmdZListingItemList
3. If you still want to go online, here's a couple web sites we do frequent for product news, trials, recipes and, occasionally, a coupon:
http://www.pg.com/en_US/products/index.jhtml
http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf?e=email
Recently, we've received coupons for the full price of the item. Companies send these to use to try new products or new versions (a new flavor of Capri Sun, so we received a coupon for the full price, worth $3.50.)

It depends on if you get caught up in buying things you wouldn't normally buy just because you have a coupon. You can always find coupons on the essentials like cereal, etc. Add those to other coupons on things you either use, or want to try and if you're not brand loyal with double coupons that most stores offer you can probably save $20-25 per month.
That's about what I save.
Store "bonus" cards are a scam. You'd be crazy not to have one but basically they don't give you additional savings, they penalize those that don't use them with higher prices.

If you mean paper coupons that you clip, then only about $5. I can never find coupons for things I actually use. If you count the Safeway club card, then it's probably easily over $100 a month.

Between 25 and 50 dollars a month. Which is definitely worth the 10 minutes it takes each week. I make my list first after checking the ads for sales. I never use the ones I wouldn't use anyway.

Coupons are not designed to save you $, they are designed to make you buy more stuff. I only use them on stuff that I would have bought anyway. I make my shopping list first, and then I look for coupons.
I would say about $10-$15 on each store visit. For groceries and household stuff, I mean.
