If i say his hair is freaky in the morning he will sigh a mean sigh.And if i ever mess with him like play he will scream and hit me.And sometimes he will just scream randomly my mom keeps trying to stop.but it wont work with him i think he has a.d.d

I think he is angry at himself . He wants some positive reinforcement. people get unreasonable & mean when they do not know how to handle criticism ,my sugesstion take his side and win his confidence. He probably feels frustrated & before you think of medicating him try this out, it may change him around. H e may learn that his behaviour effects others and if he is niceto people & notso reactive they may have more patiencefor him. But start that with first showing some patience and making the first step. If nothing going for therapy may be an option.

i think he's just aggravated with you.
leave him alone, don't talk with him for a while, and let him calm down.
sometimes siblings get on each other's nerves during childhood.. you will appreciate each other a lot more as you get older. i'm sure of it.

slowly change bits of his personality
involve him in your daily routine..(less than an hour for start)
include him with simple house chores..
make him lady like.. lol
