My dad and I are going to a Russian Orthodox church because that's wear he was baptised. Is there an age or something when the women have to wear scarves over their head or is that just everyone? Please respond ASAP! Merci!

like western churches woman wear hats, the rusian woman wear scarves around their necks and when they enter the church they drape it around their heads

All of women (no kids) required to cover their hair when they enter the church, pls remember dress code, u cant wear pants, shorts, o short squirts, no tank tops and be ready to stand during all service

Women are supposed to cover their heads and dress modestly during the entire rite.
