Hi ive heard there is a warming filter or technique in photoshop to make skin look warmer, anyone know how to do this or where it is??

If you use photoshop CS or newer, its pretty simple.
Click "Image"
Click "Adjustments"
Click "Photo Filter"

There are two warming filters and various options to adjust in the dialogue.

Sky_kats has the right idea to use Photo Filter so gets a thumbs up.

However, I would choose to use an adjustment layer. This is nondestructive editing (which is good).

Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Photo Filter...

Since this is a layer, you can adjust the opacity after wards, and you can turn the layer on/off to see the effect.

Yes, not sure what type you have , but they are pretty much the same. Go into the image , and there should be an effects option. You then can adjust the saturation and other levels. That warmifying option is just another name for saturation.
