R u sure that shez looking at you because she like you? The way your question is placed, seems like you are saying that she looking at you in a liking manner. Maybe, its another reason!
Anyways, don't you think its better that you go and start talking to her first and build a relationship rather than ask her for a date straight away. Maybe thats going too fast.

i don't think that she loves you.just attraction or a little crush
i couldn't look at my boyfriend constantly.my heart started beating fast & i couldn't look in his eyes directly. but i really love him.u can't figure out that i don't love him, only bcoz i didn't look at him.

see its always not like tht she likes u, it may b tht she like 2 slap u , or she doesnt like u , she is seeing in anger. so dont b in hurry try slowly and look wht she thinks. dont always take in love or dating manner. ok understood.......
