That's what i was talking about, no one seemed to realize. tho there seem to be some good teaching, what about those pointed out by Gorgeous(tv), for example. Hope you don't mind me quoting you Gorgeous(tv). According to the Bible it's moral:

*to kill our kids for cursing us.
*to stone a woman if she is not (ALLEGEDLY) a virgin on her wedding day.
*to sell your sister -or daughter, i'd like to add- into slavery.
*to force a rape victim to marry her attacker.
*to enslave.
*to kill any friend or relative that even tries to talk you out of the belief in God.

Is that the moral we want? I overhear around people say it was ok to them. That we just get over our fear. Nowadays statements like those just makes it even creepier.

What you have mentioned are satanistic teachings. The bible does not teach bad deeds b ut good deeds and respect, love and obedience to God.

the impressive ethical authority isn't the Bible however the Church that Christ based. merely like the form of the U. S. is real, we % an expert to interpret it whilst divisions arise ie. the appropriate courtroom. So it is going with the Bible being real, in trouble-free terms the Church can settle disagreements with any binding authority. God Bless Robin

"to kill our kids for cursing us" - I believe it is to kill rebellious children, because if you raise rebellious children and they rebel against God, then God will send them with the devil to a Lake of Fire.

Abstinence was very important to God. A fornicator who has not been forgiven will not inherit the kingdom of God. Repent and turn from your sins.

If you owe a debt you will serve as a slave to that person for only 7 years. That is better than today. Credit Cards enslave people every day.

If a man raped a woman and refused to marry her, he would be forced to support her.

Enslave - what do you think credit cards do? What do you think any debt does?

God was raising a people for Himself and God meant to not put any other gods or goddesses before Him. God said, "besides Me there is no God."

If you knew what you were talking about, it would make sense to you. But my friend, you are blinded to the world. Do you even know when you are enslaved? You are bound to sin and refuse to know it.

Anyone who isn't desperate to believe otherwise can see that the old testament is a collection jottings by bronze age tribesmen and not the word of God.

Jesus was the New Covenant!

Therefore, there was no more need in punishment for sin!

The last day is being reserved for all sinners, so they have a choice between now and then to accept Christ or not!

Matthew 22: 36 - 40:
"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

Christians use their conscience just like everyone else. When they read the bible they pick what they like and follow that.

they will find away to justify it...they are good at that. They believe in a god that needed a blood sacrifice to make it all okay....they think that is okay....they can pick and choose what they believe in...its all so strange.
