There will always be a military presence of some sort in Iraq. Just like Germany and Japan after WWII, it will be a strategic presence more than a combat presence.

no .. looks like were playing a real life game of RISK.. and our government has not got all the playing pieces.. there is still some different colors on the board.. ( not talking about skin).. just in general like the game.. any way.. it looks like the government may just want to keep it.. why else would we still be there
