I made up my own diet and lost 20 pounds in four days....pretty fast but I love it.

Whats your favortie? And what results did you get?

besides starving yourself, that is not healthy!!!!!
Eating right with 3 main meals and 2 snacks... cut down on carbs,starches and sugars.. and get to the gym and start moving always works...
I have tried every pill , potion , and bar and if you lose you always gain back because none of them teach you to eat right so when you lose that 20 lbs you will gain it back and then a couple more pounds because your body is all out of wack..

weight watchers is truely amazing. once you start following the system. the first like week or two i cheated some and still lost weight. but definitly after the 3rd week you HAVE to follow it strictly and excercise maybe 2-3 times a week. meaning like 20 min. each. a walk. its amazing. then after a month your appetite will go down a lot and you'll be able to handle the whole .. 100 cal foods 6 times a day. you know what i mean? it'll teach you so much really about what you eat. ive been on it since 3 months and already lost about 23 pounds. and for a month i cheated =\. seriously. if you want to lose weight do this. all you need is the point finder and know how many points you can have. you could go to 2 meetings. get the stuff. and then quit. its amazing.

I lost about 10 pounds in a week. As well as during the spring time, I lost some weight. I just gave up snacking and eating sugar. I lost 10 pounds each time. Also, I didn't over-eat those times either.

This is horrible, I know, but it worked really well: I got my wisdom teeth out so I couldn't eat anything for a couple of weeks. Instead of eating, I'd have 1-2 cans of Monster energy every day and I lost a lot of weight. I felt really dizzy sometimes, like I was going to faint, but after I drank a Monster, I felt so much better. Plus, I never got sick because I didn't eat anything, the Monster had vitamin B and Ginsing and a lot of stuff that was good for me, so it worked. Then, when I KNEW I had to eat something, I'd have one or two bites of something like soup, then I'd be full. Problem solved!

I've been trying to get back on that for DAYS.

The best and most consistent diet is one that doesn't have an end, and encourages you to eat healthy, rather than not eating at all. Twenty pounds in four days is far below healthy and beyond retainable.

So what was your diet secret? I would love to know how the body can loose 20 in 4 days, cause that is VERY hard to believe. U would have to be at some ungodly weight to begin with for that to even happen. But still would like to know.

Maybe u can get an infomercial or something..............LOL

ive lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks, i just eating right it wasnt a diet, didnt drink sodas, or fast food, no sweets, i only drank water and fat free milk. worked out and lost some. plz tell me how u lost that much in so little time thats amazing.

Eating Right --

Breakfast
Lunch
Reasonable snack
Diner - with bread and a desert
Reasonable snack

I lost 45 pounds while pregnant.!!!!!!!!!!!

you cant lose more than 1-2lbs of fat in a week - its not physically possible - if you lose more its just water weight and muscle which also means you are slowing down metabolism and will gain it all back.
