Because the foundation of Islam is monotheism.

Christianity has adopted a Trinity concept for God which is considered Polytheism.

Islam says Jesus was a Holy Prophet and Messiah for the Jews but not a God or son of God.

Messiah means an annointed Prophet and Jesus was the last Israelite Prophet sent unto the Jews before the Prophethood was shifted to the Ishmaelites.

Well if you are looking for a serious answer, you have to posit a serious question. Its not accurate to say they "disagree" with Christianity. Allah is the same God from the Bible, its only an arabic word for God. They accept the New Testament, they just believe there was another book divined by that same God that talked to Moses and Jesus, only this time, he talked to Muhammed and it was the Koran.
Maybe you mean why are Muslim countries at odds with the United States? Totally different question with really very little to do with religion.

They do settle for Christianity as human beings of the e book, merely defective of their teachings. the biggest issue is Jesus using fact the son of God. Now shall we communicate relating to the Pope, The Knights Templar and the Crusades. Many thousands of years in the past the eastern portion of the international invaded the holy land and in doing so killed many Islamic human beings interior the call of Jesus Christ. so they have good reason to no longer settle for Christianity. Christians have this ideology of forgiveness and that's a ability finished present yet Muslims bear in mind issues for hundreds of years and experience human beings ought to atone and be punished beforehand forgiveness. Now returned we are there of their portion of the international, no longer as beforehand, besides the shown fact that it quite is extremely perplexing to triumph over many thousands of years of distrust. i do no longer recommend violence by any capacity and neither does any sensible man or woman of any faith yet violence begets violence and it is going on and on and on a by no capacity ending cycle of hate and distrust. the thank you to provide up it properly i don't have a clue. i think of the commencing up is interior u.s.. If we can in a roundabout way instruct to the international that Christians, Hebrews, and Muslims can stay mutually peacefully then then possibly and not in our lifetime we can do this on a international extensive foundation. that's going to take extra then this international now has to try this, yet possibly we can start up and correctly beforehand we destroy ourselves possibly we can get it carried out..

Islam gives utmost importance to monotheism or the oneness of God. Christianity, however teaches that Jesus is the son of God.

Surah Ikhlas (113), Verse 3-4 - "He begets not, nor is He begotten." / "And none is like Him."

I will not refer to any holy book.
for me, God is neutral, impartial, universal.
God can appear in any form He likes, but to do so, is breaking all the rules. Why in the body of a man, not woman, why a white race, not a black man, why in palestine, not america?
