Very confusing relationship. What do I do?

Hi, I'm really confused right now. And it's really disturbing me for days already. I even cried before asking this question. Sigh.
I've asked this question on Y! Answer but I didn't get the answer I really want. I know it's a long question. :/ But I'm desperate to get a real answer!

So um yeah. I've been texting this guy for months already. He studies in my school, but he's being suspended for 2 weeks now. He's not a bad guy or something. He brought his handphone to school . And there was a spotcheck. We aren't allowed to bring handphones, mp3/Ipods or laptops to school.

He has a gf already and he still texts me sweet words like " Miss ya and xoxoxo " . He lives on my street and his house is very near mine. Sometimes, he texted me and ask me to go to his house to hug and sleep with him. Dont get it wrong! It's not making love. Just sleeping together. But I never went to his house to do all that stuff cause I know it would be like cheating on his gf with him.

Two days ago, we had a fight. It was really awful. I was crying and he was in a really bad mood. He even went to smoke.

After that day, I really dont feel like talking or texting him. I kept my texts short.

I really like this guy..
But he has a girlfriend already.
HELP ME.

Btw, I can't confess to him that I like him, i guess. I don't have the courage to do it.

I'm 15, so is his gf. And he's 17.

He's playing both of you. See how much he has hurt your feelings!!! Imagine how he feels, he's probably loving it. I don't believe that he really likes you, or his gf that's why he's doing this. I'm sorry. Leave him, don't text him. When he says whats wrong, tell him you don't want to talk to him anymore. I know it will be so hard, but he's not worth your time.

Girl, he is playing you. The thing is, at your age, you will probably find 101 reasons why this guy is just a rebel without a cause and that deep inside he is a softy. Fortunately, this could be true... for 2% of all cases... but for the 98%, what you see really is what you get! You are young, there are many things that you will have to go through, and even though this guy seems to be all the world to you, in 10 years, you will look back at yourself and realize how pretty you were and how other guys could have appreciated your affection and will truly care for you. There are 3 billion guys out there, you should give them a chance.

You are not only confused. You are playing around with a guy who doesn't care about you, but will use you if he can...and be unfaithful to his girl friend...so what does that tell you about him?

Wake up and smell the coffee! He's texting you...and inviting you into his bed, but it doesn't mean anything? Brother!

And "don't get it wrong...it's not sleeping together!" What planet do you live on? This guy does not have good intentions....so stop communicating with him...and you usually don't get suspended over losing a phone...probably a lot more to it then that! Maybe it was what he had on his phone?

He's a player and playing you both! Just put yourself in his shoes. Would you do the same if you have a boyfriend? Like sleeping and texting messages like XOXOX, miss you?

What do you want him for? a boyfriend? If you get together, he made do the same with you with another girl?

if i were in your situation, i'd probably went to his house. i don't know if this is good or bad, i don't see things that way, but rather what my heart tells me.
i don't know what other people answered. but maybe you should spend more time together. that way, you will develop the courage to really speak your mind. and besides telling him how you feel, you probably want to ask him if he wants to be with you. accomodating with him wil give you the courage to say what you want to say.
or you could ask him why does he behave like that if he has a gf? tell him you are confused about his behaviour and you want to know what is in his mind. that way you won't have to confess how you feel if you don't want to, but he will have to say how he feels. be nice to him and assure him that no matter what he says, you will accept and you're cool with it.

first of all you need to get away from him hes what they call a player and its against the law him messing with you. you are what they call jail bate. that is bad cause you can't even conscent to sex at all period. so pleas do yourself a favor and wait and find the right person hes using both of you.

there might be a slight chance that he just wants to hang out with you, i think you should go over his house and stuff, but if you find that he is coming on to you just tell him that you wouldn't want to do this to him or his girlfriend....
it' s better to be direct then to avoid him..
