I am that person, and nobody gives a damn and that's the way I like it.

How does this diagnosis affect you? If they are under a doctor's care and are following a medication regimen, then I am not quite sure why it matters.

FYI - Most people are not 'normal' - there are so many people out there with an undetermined mental illness.. and then there are others that refuse to take medication and it DOES affect them negatively in how they function.

I would keep my eyes on my own paper .. people with or without a mental illness can snap... so pay attention to the overall behavior rather than confidential medical diagnoses.

I wish you well!

how do you feel? why would it matter if it's being managed? It's like worrying about your boss or co-workers being gay - why does that matter to you?

if you ever have a problem you think is due to under or over medication you might even gently point it out if you're relationship is casual enough, if not tell their mgr or supervisor if anyone else has noticed. But don't go looking for trouble either - we tend to set up self-fullfilling proficies.

People with Bipolar are not contagious. As long as your boss is on Meds and keeping this under control, you have nothing to worry about. There are many people with Bipolar disorder. No one is perfect, so just accept the person for who they are and try not to discriminate.

I'd be glad they're on meds!

It's not my problem, so I wouldn't worry about it. I'm more worried about people who aren't on meds and should be.
