How can someone with such a badly warped self-image be conceited?

If this is actually the case.. you need to focus on your health first before social interaction. I say this because even if you become attractive to big-breasted blondes.. you will be limited in the time spent with them.
Consult a physician that can help determine what the cause for the excessive weight is and then investigate ways in which you can reduce it.
I hope you are at least being serious, even though the question is a bit off scale. (no pun intended, honestly).

you're gonna need alot of money and i mean alot. Buy a really sweet car then go find an anna nicole smith type of chick you will be very attractive to that kind of woman. It worked for that old guy i'm sure it'll work for you. Good luck buddy.

I hope that was a typo. If you're 3'6" and 200 pounds you are an avalanche. A big circle and feet. No legs. Therefore, you need to stick a needle in your body to let out the air. I'm going to guess you are not 3'6".
