Not sure what you are trying to ask but I think I can help on the spelling anyway. Serotonin and norepinephrine are neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are chemicals released in the spaces between nerve cells which helps conduct communication between the cells. Too much or too little of it will slow down or speed up the communication between the brain cells, with various results on mental conditions, both in thinking and mood.

Maybe this information can help you to ask the question again.

(If you are asking if it is possible to take serotonin or norepinephrine for bipolar disorder, the answer is "no". The medications used for bipolar disorder or other mental disorders will affect serotonin and/or norepinephrine by affecting how long these neurotransmitters remain in the gap between the brain cells. Your body manufactures them on it's own. They stay inside individual brain cells and then get released temporarily between the cells to assist in communication between cells; after that, the neurotransmitters go back inside the cells. Psych meds affect how long the neurotransmitters stay outside the brain cells.)

Are you talking about bipolar 1 or 2 disorders? Lithium is usually the drug of choice. Along with bipolar to stables mood.. You are talking about anti depressants. Also Mao inhibitors. I could list all but would take up page. These medications block certain serotonin uptakers.
