As much as I hate Bananas they are natures high and always work for me. Then about mid-morning eat a low fat/sugar granola bar for another boost. remember to always include a good multi-vitamin in your morning regiment.

I have a protien drink, like by EAS or make a shake with whey protein powder, and a protein bar, you can also have fruit and toast, and juice to drink.

Old fashioned oatmeal with egg whites and avocado chunks or with fresh fruit/berries/nuts and honey
you can add to it whatever you have in a fridge
