You have a brake hose problem going into one of your calipers. You need to replace the rubber hoses as they will deteriorate from the inside and collapse blocking the fluid flow. Do the front ones first, and I will put my reputation and life on this answer. I am sure you cleaned the sliders and wedges since new calipers come with new hardware. This problem is just a normal maintenance problem. When you replace the calipers it is always recommended that you replace the rubber hoses too at the same time.

well you have a bunch of answers but not knowing where you are located this is what i have seen before. the sliders that the calipers ride on can become corroded and cause locked up calipers. i would lean towards this direction because of all four of them doing it. plus you also have ABS on this vehicle and unless its bad this is the only other thing thats logical. the chances of the rubber lines all colapsing at one time is highly unlikely. the easiest way to check is go to one of the calipers, open the bleeder for that caliper, if it is still locked up try sliding the caliper to see if it releases itself and the wheel moves. and remember no matter what you do, you will have to completely bleed this system. i remember that at one time you had to have an ABS scanner hooked up to release the ABS drivers so you could properly bleed those systems.
