People generally equate religion with spirituality. They don't get so granular about it. I'm neither spiritual nor religious, so I really don't care one way or the other.

I think that I'm about 0% religion and a good deal spirituality. My ideas are my own, and seemed to form themselves slowly and guide how I live now. I'm a believer in the collective unconsious and the reoccuring themes and such that keep showing up throughout humanity because of it. So, when I say "my god" or "my Patron" I'm talking about a force that represents that theme in the collective unconsious. Usually that's my Lukaeleroh. So, basically I'm an Agnostic with a Pagan twist. It's *really* hard to explain...but easy to live.
No church, no worship, and I can still have freedom of thought on evolution and whatever else. It's comfortable and allows me to form ideas and conclusions about my life and the world I'm in. Life is simple and good. I have a great connection to my loved ones and all, which is important. To me, this is enlightenment :)
Peace.

My view about spirituality is that people tend to go through extreme about it but forgot the very foundation of being a being which brings us into the reality that each and every individual of us is unique on its own.
Spirituality thereby is to get oneself attuned to the being a being and dealt with other entity which governs our uniqueness in this world.
And if you dealt with your own being alone will bring you to your own ways and means to find your life among opposite sex and be lingered on to the word called love.
Anyway, in this earth, eat and not to be eaten is the main guiding influence. So, be aware of it and be with Jesus for the safety net of our being.
May the force be with you!!!!

Observations in my life for 40+ years:
1.) Many people who describe themselves as being "spiritual" aren't very spiritual.
2.)Many people who describe themselves as being "religious" will engage in persuasive debates.
3.) Those I consider the most spiritual usually hesitate to discuss it unless I can draw them out.

Religion and spirituality is 2 different concepts.
Why religion is refered as spiritual is beyond me.
The title itself is misleading as spirituality
is the eternal self, where religion can be applied to the flesh.

I think that discussions about spirituality require depth...we cannot even begin to share deeply until ....we have fought to the death to prove whose religion or lack there of is the superior idea.
I am atheist but I feel connected to my world....that is my spirituality.

Spirituality for me is being filled with the spirit.
ie: Holy spirit.
1 John 1:9 is a passage that fills you back once you've sinned. I do it everyday more than once.
I am not religious, as religion is about rituals.

Good point.
I feel that as human beings, we are all spiritual, even though many will deny it. We are all connected. Our spirits are what can bring us together.

Spirituality is something very important for human, but most of the cases it is misguided by the Satan. Jesus Christ is the only way to spirituality or to God.
