Hmm
Sounds like if the puss is in a large area you need something to help clear it up (bacterial)..
Try using only pure and natural products on your face-
Arbonne, Berts Bee, Aveeno, and apply a little peroxide to the puss area -
if the hydration from these brands (Soap, and moisturizer)
don't help I'd look in to calling a skin doctor).
Or see your regular MD - then go from there.
