you should see a therapist for starters. having someone who has nothing to gain from your situation to just listen to you is always good. and their offices are always soooo calming.
another thing is invest in some "me time". take a day or two atleast once a month. go out alone. check into a hotel alone. go to a spa alone. have dinner alone..... whatever it is you want to do, just do it alone. give yourself some time to be away from all the things that are stressing you out. so you can relax and consentrate on you. doing what makes you smile. or just being away from it all for a little while.
another thing that can help is a journal. for some people, myself included, writing can help relieve stress. if you don't feel comfortable with a therapist this is a lovely idea. get a journal. when you start to feel stressed out. take it and go and write your feelings. how you are feeling, what is causing those feelings etc.
whatever you do, don't let your problems get the best of you. and ending it all is never a good idea. winners never quit and quitters never win my dear. and just by you asking for ways to help deal with your situaltions.... i know you are not a quitter.

Go and do some really intense sport - a hard game of squash or tennis and really whack that ball or get on a rowing machine and really work hard. If you can't do this go and do 45 minutes of power walking and blow off the anger. Then take a bubble bath and get to bed early. Trust me you'll feel so much better tomorrow. In other words take some time just for you!!

end it all in away that will give back your life..
1) get rid of the boyfriend...not your friend if adding to stress in your life.
2) let go of adult kids..tough love, but as adults they are responsible for their own problems. worrying about them does no good for you and does not solve their problems.
3)go somewhere (cheap motel away from it all),..let nobody know how to get in touch with you for 48 hours..read your favorite book, sleep, rest, and you ca address the issues with a more calm approach.
In a nutshell...dump the crap from your life to make room for new and better things. They will come.

Start small. Fix something in your life and work upwards. If you can knock out one of your worries, perhaps you can see the answer to the next one. Before long, you'll be back on your feet. Start with the BF. If he won't come around, dump him and find someone who'll be part of solution, not another problem. Good luck.
