There are two Lazaruses in the Bible. One is the brother of Mary and Martha. They lived in the town of Bethany which was located about a mile or two from Jerusalem. This Lazarus is the specifically mentioned in the Bible as one whom Jesus loved. It is he after whose illness and death "Jesus wept". Jesus then traveled to Bethany and raised him from the dead. We are told in John's gospel that some of the Pharisees in Jerusalem wanted to do away with him, presumably to get rid of the evidence.
The other Lazarus is mentioned in Jesus' famous parable of the Rich Man & Poor Lazarus. The rich man wines and dines but leaves Lazarus the beggar without aid. Both men die. Lazarus is received into heaven, the rich man to hell. The Lazarus of the parable is the only person given a name in any of Jesus' parables.
Neither Lazarus is a vampire.

Lordy..no child, I have read several versions of the bible and none of them included Vampires...as you begin to get deeper in your Word and as you grow closer to Christ...the Lord will begin to reveal the mysteries and wonders of His Word to you....so you'll never wonder about Vampires, Goblins or any other fictious creature of that sorts....you know the closest thing to a vampire that I can remotely think of would be a demon....

To finally answer your question,
Lazarus the cripple who ended up in the bosom of Abraham.
Lazarus who Jesus raised from the dead was the sibiling of Mary and Martha.

It is interesting, in most parables there is never anyone named. For some reason though Jesus gave this character the name Lazarus. It may be one thing I will ask him when I see him.

I remember reading about a dragon in revelations, but I think my bible left out the part about Vampires. That might have been an interesting book!
