Most Can amongst the Unitarians or Universalists except for those Religions that say" theirs is the right and only true path and everyone else be wrong." Unitarians/Universalists will kick out those that say their way is the only way and everyone is is wrong but allows all others! Almost anyone can talk at a Unitarian gathering or Unitarian Fellowship and speak on what they believe and why the believe it! There is more than one path to God. It don't matter what one calls God or the Godhead. Even Atheists can speak in Unitarian Fellowship and explain why they doubt the very existence of God! Different
Strokes for Different Folks!

Who will decide the Golden Rules for Humanity?? Everyone say my.....!
I think that Creator himself can only decide as to what is good or bad for his creation hence He should compile a Manual for guidance!
Two famous Manuals are available with humanity namely- Bible(OT&NT)followed by Christians and The Quran - the last word of God for humanity. We should seek the truth and follow the will of God.
I don't think the term "Borrowed" can be applied to the said books because the writer and the purpose is same!!
Thaink again!
Peace & Blessings.

i think of you're lacking the ingredient of what they're doing. in the event that they stick to portion of Jesus' teachings, they are not asserting "I form of believe that he's the son of a God, which I additionally form of believe in". they are going for the training, not the ideals. next off, on the different area of the coin how can theists would properly be so conceited to declare that there is a God. you are able to desire to assert that that is like claiming which you comprehend each thing related to the universe.

That's exactly what we need to do, live by the Golden Rules. Without us, humans...., there may not have been any religions. But it helps, to have one because it makes us see the difference between bad or good. The best example to this are the ten commandments which is written in the bible. Religions teaches good actions that would lead one to the next life, a life with no death or everlasting life not the place for torment. However, whatever the teachings , without the participation of those concerned, it would lead to nowhere. Parents, guardians or the elder ones ( in family or relatives) will help in molding the youths into someone good, someone who fear sin. But being human it's hard not to commit any mistake in life, we always have our share. Small as it may seem, our mistake or sin, there is always a feeling of guelt
inside. He forgives us ofcourse of we are very sincere in asking forgiveness. Religions can't really save us but it can help in guiding us to the right directions in life. It is very important especially when we are so downhearted, troubled , discouraged that some would even end their life (what a waste...) , there's a place to go to ask for assistance , someone whose willing to listen and if you want to pray with you is that most troubled part of your life. At the end of the line of our life, when we are the edged of life, they are there still carrying that light so we won't get lost. They will lead us and pray with us if we are only very sincere with our petitions. But in order to have spiritual assistance, we also need to share our attention to others who also needs guidance. For in helping, extending help to others will we be able to get more blessings and grace from Him, the Almighty. It is our actions that counts, how we live our life, how we look and help others who also needs spiritual help. We have to share the extras to the needy for it will help. We can live without Religion, why not, but it's a wonderful feeling to be a part of that Religion when we die, because they will serve as the light in the dark that will lead us to that bigger light where stories of past and present exist. It is that place of contentment, peace, happiness where our longing would end.

I don't understand why we all just can't believe in the one thing. Maybe the world would be more peaceful if we were all Buddhists....good luck to you :)

I don't think it matters where religion or beleif originates from. I think it matters that it is special to you. You beleive it with love and warmth in your heart and you are willing to dedicate your life to following that path to ensure a better spiritual self. That's what I think matters.

Christianity, true biblical Christianity, borrowed from no-one. It is a execution of the will of God as shown to us by Jesus Christ, His Son.
We therefore cannot be like other religions. Nor do we want to be.
