If she is leaving her clothes laying around-its her fault, because she knows the dog will chew them and should put them where he can't get them.
Teach your dog not to chew on the clothes. The second he goes to chew on something, tell him NO firmly. You have to catch him in the act.

First, your girlfriend should keep her cloths out of the dogs reach ~ and secondly, if she wigs over a dog chewing on her clothing b/c she is too lazy to pick them up ~ I would strongly suggest you looking into finding a new girlfriend....

Don't allow your dog to do this!
first of all, it can't be safe for your dog, he may choke on a button, or get a blockage in his stomach from swallowing her clothes.
and it can't be good for your girlfriend to think you allow this.

keep her clothes, and yours, away from him in the closet, or bathroom, in a basket or hamper.
stop him as soon as he starts.
if he has to be left alone, make sure he can't get to the clothes!

come on, now. who's the pack leader, you or the dog?
if you let him, then you are the follower, cause you are not correcting him.

walk him daily, to get his aggression out, and work off that negative energy. he sounds like he has frustration built up, and needs an outlet. also, he is telling your girlfriend and you that he's the boss.

please go to obedience classes, and if it helps go to the cesar milan website, or watch his shows on the national geographic channel.

good luck!

If your dog chews something, it's your fault for leaving it where the dog can get it. If she has such a sense of humour loss, I say ditch her. I would never date anyone who wasn't a dog lover!

if there is anything that your dog dosnt like the smell or taste of i reccomend that you should put it on the clothes that should deter the dog from chewing

Put a child gate up to the room where her clothes are. Our dog isnt allowed in our room because he will chew my shoes. So we keep the door closed at all times and if he is in our room it is when one of us is in there. I would try that. That or keep her clothes picked up. If they are dirty put them in a laundry basket and put the basket in the closet or somewhere that the dog has no access to.

Make a choice, girl or dog..... I would keep the dog. They don't get ticked off that easily and girls are easy to come by.
