ok ladies heres the deal theres this girl but im pretty sure shes out of my league. Whats going to catch her attention??? and dont give me the answers like be flirty or blah blah blah... im 21 i have got those parts down.

well this may sound obvious, but just be yourself? If you act really fake just to get her attention, she will know and might not give you the time of day.

You wont know if she is out of your league unless you actually make contact with her. How you make contact will depend on your level of confidence in yourself at the time. Since you have being "flirty down pat", just go up to her and start a conversation on how you would like to get to know her and perhaps she might like to have a coffee with you.
Be straight up front as that indicates to the female you are confident in yourself and she will respond honestly to you. Bit hard to be all shy and coy when asked a direct question.
If she chooses to not to have contact with you then at least you are not left wondering. Take the quantum leap of faith in yourself and just ask her out.

OK, I say this to people about making friends, but maybe it'll work here. Offer her something no one else can. To be noticed, you have to have that something different that she'll benefit from knowing you for. For example, if she has a lot of nice friends, then OK be nice, but don't only be nice, because she gets niceness off her friends. Be adventurous maybe. Or offer support in something [no matter how big or small] if others don't appear to. I would say, see what things she wants from people, and see if you can provide that. Everybody wants something, but not a show off. You lose attention by doing that I say!

Catch her attention ? No better way than to walk up and start a conversation. Try to find something she`s interested in, and suggest going for a coffee and then on to whatever else. It`s called going on a date.

it really depends what type of girl she is. observe her a bit and take it from there. girls like confident guys but not arrogant.

First of all stop cutting ur self down!!! Ask her out, all she could say is yes or no! It don't bite. It only bites when she says no. check it out at this time, she'll be thinking about you.

by being confident in the way of knowing that she is not really out of your league to begin with, thinking that way wont get you anywhere except taken back and shy in certain ways...

have you ever tryed uesing charm it is very effective and don't play hard to get cause then you will you be hard to get. annoy her untill she just has to fall in love with you works every time
