I had a nice body before, I used to think that I would never have to worry about myself like this, my weight is 120 lbs, and I just got new implants now I think they make me look even more fat, somebody! please tell me what should I do?

I used to have serious over weight problem for years and I was the kind of people quite easily get sick & tired. Thank god, once I met a new friend in a family gathering and he told me a very good site that I later found so helpful. To an extent, your body may never be like it was before you had a baby, but if you work out and eat right you can lose weight and have almost the same body. Just give yourself some time, don't go on any fad diets or anything.

And a baby girl is sooo worth not having a perfect body. No one will have the best body as they get older, but at least if you get pregnant you'll have a baby to make up for it.... more than make up for it! Be happy that you have a daughter who doesn't care what your body looks like... she loves you no matter what.

Put your daughter in the pram and go for a long walk in the morning and in the afternoon. (depending on your neighbourhood)

mid morning snack- 100
lunch-400
mid afternoon snack-200
dinner-500

also try some toning aerobic excersizes :]
