I know we had one in VA and there has got to be one here but everyone I ask says they dont know. I know where the regular uniform shop is but I would love to find the "thrift uniform shop" if they have it! Thanks

There is one up at Miramar, too. and it did have a small selection of Naval uniform items as well.
There is a thrift shop on 32nd Street, and If I recall correctly, on North Island as well. Just call the Base directory.

Just pick up the phone and dial base information and ask for the number of The Thrift Shop. Every navy base I've ever been on has them. Also, If you have a base phone book they usually list the building number, days and hours open for most customer service type operations. Always a great place to save money on uniforms
