well, you've just come across the queen of worrying. i worry about everything. I have OCD so it isn't the normal worrying we're talking about. I worry that if one of my family members don't come home on time that they got into a car accident or something. I also worry that when I wake up in the morning my dog will be dead because he's old. anyway, just wanted to let you know you're not alone. If it gets unbearable I would suggest going to therapy or if you already do, then you should talk about it.

Aww Shoot, I worry like **** all the time. Sometimes it is good then other times it is unnecessary once you look back on it. I don't know why we do so but its one of those things that keep us idlely occupied. Someone once told me, "Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gets you nowhere."
So much for mantra.

I worry too much about what could go wrong in the future. I always hate that about myself.

My wife worries about EVERYTHING! She and I sit down and I tell her funny stories about my patients until she realizes "Hey, things are really not THAT bad in my life!"
