Flank Steak Tacos! It has cabbage, red pepper, red onion, guacamole, sour cream, and of course cheese, along with the steak on a fajita size flour tortilla and it's just delicious! The spices you use to flavor the steak makes your mouth water. You wouldn't think cabbage would taste good with it, but it will surprise you. It did me. Awesome meal by Rachael Ray! YUM-O as Rachael would say. Try it.

Probably nothing. I will be working and studying most all weekend. My wife will probably cook instead...
Well, today we had a beef stew cooked in a pressure cooker. Delicious!

Weekend lunches will be spent with mom and siblings.
Saturday: Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp), Paella and BBQ. There will be white wine and beer to match.
Sunday: Lasagna, Focaccia bread, Gindara(Codfish) Teriyaki. Homemade Sangria for drinks.
I always look forward to lunch with them, its always with comfort food.

I don't know yet. I will keep reading the answers here for inspiration. I am thinking possibly a Sunday roast tomorrow, with roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, peas and gravy.
