She said this while going through her divorce which I can understand. But I think she could have the wrong intentions with this guy.

It's her life to live and ultimately her choice. Quite simply, say nothing. Your impression of her "getting close" may not be how she sees things. Be there for her as a friend especially when she wants you to be.

Everybody says that while going through a divorce.
Is 'this guy` just a fling to "get her groove back"?
Lots of divorced people have to have one of those.
If you're a friend, stand by, support her, and give the
best advice you can as things develope.
