I have been working my *** this summer, i'm 16 and i finally got a decent 6pack, i was wondering though, alot of kids at my school skaters and wrestlers what not most have 6packs, do you think they worked there asses off to for it? or could there just be genetics that makes them better for it or something, the reason i ask is i always see them eating junk food and **** and it pisses me off knowing they prob didnt even have to work for it, and im very active aswell so its not just because they are doing something athetlic

Well I would most likele say they are leaner and have a hell of a metabolism. You are lucky that you have good habits. When their metabolism weakens and they keep eating junk, next is the gut. They could have started to mature rather quickly as well.

Everybody has a "6 pack". The abdominals are used alot. One of the many things abs do is to help keep the body upright when we walk. A persons' percentage of body fat has a lot to do with whether or not the abs actually show and how much definition there is. Size can be determined by both genetics and how much work the abs get.

first of all, well done! but no i dont think genetics have anything to do with it. we are all human, if we eat bad food, we will get sick and fat. some people are naturally healthier, with stronger genes and a faster metabolism, so therfore genetically they may be able to burn the fat quicker than others, but to get the 6pak they would need to put the pain in too somewhere along the line!

keep healthy!

They may be eating junk food, but I am sure they have worked really hard for the abs. You don't get them if you don't exercise.
