breakfast should be the highest calorie meal of the day, there is no purpose in eating a low calorie breakfast. it will actually impede fat loss not increase it.

breakfast should contain the most calories out of all your meals since then you wont find yourself snacking on junk in tyhe daytime.
but here are some tips..
some mistakes people do make are skippin breakfast, eating too little breakfast (like half a banana or a cup of yogurt), or eating a fast-food breakfast that doesn't supply your body with enough energy for the day.

You need to eat between 350 and 450 calories for breakfast.

A great alternative to a fast-food breakfast sandwich can be made with half a whole-wheat pita, a soy breakkie burger, lettuce and tomato. Finish with a piece of fruit.

Instead of eating a reli sugary cereal for breakfast, try mixing your own nutritious alternative using 3/4 cup high-fibre cereal, two tablespoons of high-protein cereal and fresh fruit. Pour on skimmd milk and you have a tastie breakfast.

fresh fruit topped with non fat vanilla yogurt(dannon light n fit) and some almonds or granola or try a bowl of special K "fruit and yogurt" cereal with nonfat or 1% milk.

for lunch I sometimes have a salad with boneless skinless chicken breast and wishbone salad spritz. I love the raspberry vinegrette. I like to pair the salad with a bowl of healthy soup or 1/2 a sandwhich. you can also put it in a tortill and eat it as a wrap. I try to drink alot of water while I am eating. To prepare the chicken I buy chicken breast ahead of time and roast it in the over with a little poultry seasoning until done. After its cool I dice it and keep it in a container to toss on salad. Grilling food is another low fat, lower cal option for many foods
