A guy @work always used to make eye contact,when he walks pass..He looks at me,when he stand close by he looks deep into my eyes,he has those beautiful blue eyes that turns me on..Ive caught him looking at my hair,lips,even eyebrows lol,

Making eye contact is a very good people skill!
He might be flirting, but he might just be a polite and attentive person. It is a turn on, isn't it? :D

Yes he is flirting. Remember that at work eye contact is just about all a guy can do. anything else would be sexual harassment.

Are you sure he doesn't look at everyone in this manner?? Watch him look at others....if he looks at them differently then he is into you! Through caution to the wind and wink at him the next time he is deeply looking into your eyes.
