Is it true the pope has the real copy of it?.

I ask this cuz someone here once said that the vatican has all the arcane books

Oh yeah! Or was it written by H.P Lovecraft?

I know that there is a legitimate Egyptian Book of the Dead, but it's where abouts, i would not know.

To my understanding, the vatican does have a tendancy to have quite a collection of original texts....

I hope you find what it is you seek.

Actually you are quite right. For years there have been rumors about the necronomicon, but the fact is that it is most definitely NOT "arcane" and was written by Lovecraft.

Still a few people say that there is something to what he wrote as, I believe, as a piece of pure fiction. Takes all kinds all kinds I guess. And I also believe that it doesn't have so much to do with devil worship as it does with demonology, but I'm not sure.

I have to be careful how I answer this because, last time I mentioned the Vatican's collection of books it has deemed as wrongful to have, own, or print, I got an onslaught of mixed emotion from the Catholic faith,,,,,,,
There is a Book of the Dead, Egyptian if I am correct,
do not know where, but wouldn't doubt that it probably resides next to "The Witches Hammer"
the original text,,,,,,

Yes there is a book called Necronomicon--The Book of the Dead. It is a Pagan book. Some say it has things to do with Devil Worship. I read only a portion of it and got bored. It was really a lot of B.S if you ask me.

Yes it is real my brother had it and his girfriend threw it away. and yes there is a trendy more generic one for sale at book stores but from what i understand they are nothing alike. I'd have to ask my bro for more info.
