I really want to do something different and dramatic for this upcoming school year, so I want to dye my hair. Some people say I should dye my hair black, and some people say I should dye my hair blonde. I don't know about the blonde but I need you guys help so heres some pictures.

Have you tried dark brown with blonde highlights? That seems to be really cool. I think black would be to dramatic of a change it would look good but to drastic.

I don't think you should dye it, your natural color looks great, and it will damage your hair anyway. If you wanna do something different, maybe change your hairstyle (although the hairstyle you have now is very flattering) whatever you do, don't dye it black, because then to get rid of the black, you either have to let your hair grow out, and deal with your hair being two colors for sometime, or get it stripped out which is verrry damaging to your hair, and to keep on coloring it black over and over will also be damaging. So, if you must dye it, go lighter. I would suggest maybe just some highlights, and if you want something really different, a new hairstyle : )

Not black...your sking tone is wrong for that and it would drain you....some blonde would look very pretty as your hair is nearer blonde than brown or black anyway...go to a good stylist though as it's very hard to get right on your own....

Your skin appears to be tanned enough where black wouldn't make you look pasty white, but blond would also enhance your skin tone. So it really depends on what look you are going for. Personally, I like black.

I like the fact that you asked if you should change the color of your hair, and then sent us a black and white photo. The first two look fine, and you should not worry about it.

With your skin tone, try going with a chestnut color, a cross bewteen brown and red. You can't go wrong, or if you want to go bolder use a bright auburn. Redheads always make a statement.
