my clear question is that after the discarge man feels satisfied and he goes to sleep but what a female thinks immediately after after sex , i mean what type of feeling emerges in her mind , such as , not satisfied today , today had lot of fun , i needed more but my man has withdrawn, it was noremal today , sex is best thing or what else she thinks right after sex

All of the above! It is a lucky woman that finds a man that can "read" her body and know if she is satisfied or not. My last partner was such a man, and I know that I couldn't last long with someone that didn't care just as much about my pleasure as I care about his.

Women need a lot of foreplay and if the guy just sticks it up then goes to sleep.Find a better partner who'll be more conscous of your needs

depends on the girl. personally i'm thinking "yeah!!!!!sleeping time now!!" or "i hope he doesn't want to cuddle for too long i need my space" or "i wonder what time he's leaving so i can have my bed back"
