I see lots of couples go by themselves to disneyland all the time. And just about all of the women I know in their 20s, LOVE Disneyland. I think it's fine. Not all the rides are for kids so you won't feel weird.

I would think it's fun. Why not? It's an AMUSEment park! =) I would rather choose Knotts Berry Farm or Six Flags though. It's so fun and the rides are more awesome. It'll be fun. Go for it.

Make it romantic, yet fun.
Take her there & get a nice hotel room, romantic dinner and show her a good time.
Girls love to let loose and be kids again.
Win her a big teddy bear & make memories with her that will last a lifetime.

Eh... she'll probably enjoy it since she's never been. Unless she's the really mature type that hates all amusement parks.
